Power Lifting

Develop your Squat, Bench, and Deadlift in a safe and supportive environment with sessions focussing on technique, training methods, and lift development.

Olympic Lifting

This class is designed to get you started on your Olympic Lifting journey in a safe small group environment. The sessions will be a strong focus on the primary lifts: Snatch, Clean and Jerk, as well as variations in order to help you improve.
